Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before the pick up time for reservations made in advance.

All credit or debit cards must be authorized only by the card holder if you select to pay us by phone or online. No Exceptions.

Please complete all required boxes before you submit the form to make reservation or to ask for a quote.

When you complete the reservation form, please answer all required questions. If you can not answer, please use N/A.

If a pick up is service from a residence, hotel, university, business, etc. please specify it in the Messages, Comments or Question Box.

All customers are required to call or email and confirm the reservation 24 hours in before the scheduled pick up time.

Please be advised that effective immediately, there will be a charge of $150 in the event of excessively spilled fluids or trash left inside of the vehicle.

Same day reservations depend on availability of vehicles and drivers. Same day reservation fares might be higher.

Same day bookings can not to be canceled. If prepaid, there will not be a refund. For others, Cancellations if not related to flight cancellations must be 24 hour before the pick up time.
